Natalie Portman posted the first poster of Jane Foster in Thor: Love and Thunder
Natalie Portman released the first official poster of the Mighty Thor in Thor: Love and Thunder (2022). On Instagram, the actress published the image and even provoked Chris Hemsworth with the caption: “And you thought you were the one and only.” Check out:
Poster comes right after the first image of portman returning to the role of Jane Foster in the trailer of Thor 4. In addition to the character, the film will feature other participations from the universe Marvellike the Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) and the team of Guardians of the Galaxy.
In the trailer, you can hear the song “Sweet Child o’ Mine,” of Armas e Rosas. According to Screen Rantthe song can represent the future of Thor. In the film, the character’s former love interest, Jane Fosterwill reappear — just like in the song written by the vocalist Axl Rose.
In “Sweet Child o’ Mine,” the vocalist details how the singer’s love interest provides a safe haven for them where they can hide and “pray for the thunder and rain to pass silently”. With that, the song can signal a rekindling of the relationship of Thor and Jane Foster — which has been drastically overshadowed and underdeveloped over time in the MCU

In 2019, Thor 4 was announced during a panel at San Diego Comic-Con, when Natalie Portman took the stage to reveal comeback as Jane Foster. In addition, the character will wield Mjölnir, hammer of the God of Thunder. Directed by Taika Waititithe production is scheduled for release on July 7, 2022 in theaters.
