______________________________
dropper

The series was released on the platform Premier in September and garnered a lot of positive feedback. Young resident anesthesiologist Vanya (Denis Prytkov) illegally “drugs” rich and famous people after drug overdoses in order to save money. The series balances between comedy and social drama with notes of classic Russian chthoni, showing what is hidden behind the beautiful picture of tik-tok videos and how vulnerable and modest at heart girls change due to fame, money and drug addiction.
The idea of the series belongs to blogger Ida Galich, who knows firsthand about the other side of fame and was familiar with a real dropper. Thanks to her experience, the series literally rips the covers off tik tok houses and their inhabitants, showing the whole ins and outs of the blogosphere. It shows two eternal problems in a new way – the struggle of a small person with circumstances and the disastrous consequences of taking drugs.
Monastery

The premiere of the series “Monastery” took place on November 19 on the Kinopoisk platform. The main role is played by the famous blogger Nastya Ivleeva, who revealed herself in an unexpected dramatic role. She plays the party girl Masha, who leads a wild life and does not deny herself luxury. The girl is beautifully and expensively resting in the Emirates in the company of her friend Geli and her demonic oligarch husband. One of the parties (not without the participation of prohibited substances) turns into a scandal, and now very dangerous people are already looking for Masha to settle scores with her. By the will of fate, the former party girl finds herself in a convent, where she plans to lay low and wait out troubled times.
In the series, Nastya Ivleeva is revealed in a new way, who looks different on the screen than in social networks or TV shows. If in the first episodes the heroine Masha really does somewhat resemble the famous Instagram diva, then by the end the girl turns from an impudent and sometimes rude playgirl into a modest and honest girl who thinks a quiet life in the village is better than rich parties in Moscow. Frequent inappropriate jokes and outright vulgarity are replaced by humility and the ability to be content with little.
The rest of the characters in the series also go through their transformation. We discover the stories of Father Barsanuphius (Philip Yankovsky) and young novice Yuri (Mark Eidelstein), who struggles with carnal temptations on the way to monasticism. Each story told prompts you to ask yourself questions and, perhaps, rethink your own attitude to life together with the characters.
kept women

The series tells about the lives of very rich, powerful men and women who want to get everything at once, even if they have to act against their conscience. A beautiful life attracts everyone, and you can touch it in many ways: earn money, steal or start an affair with someone who already lives beautifully and richly. However, in addition to luxurious parties and social events, the heroes face betrayal, hypocrisy, undercover wars and even murder.
“Kept women” shatter the myth that money is everything. Using the example of the fates of heroes, one can see that money not only does not give the desired happiness, but is often the cause of very big problems.
The Chicks

The series based on the book of the same name by Sergei Minaev, written in the “zero”, had to be adapted to modern realities. However, the main character, although he changed his profession, remained the same. Andrey Mirkin (Milos Bikovich) lives a beautiful and rich life with parties, luxurious restaurants and expensive alcohol. He owes all this to women whom he skillfully seduces and skillfully manipulates. He goes over the heads, destroys other people’s lives and does not give a damn about the feelings of other people, especially women, because his goal is money and luxury. But all this comes to an end when an angry and offended woman decides to take revenge on him. Substituting his patronesses, Andrei suddenly turns out to be betrayed himself.
unprincipled

The series based on the stories of Alexander Tsypkin takes us to one of the richest and most secular areas of Moscow – to the Patriarch’s Ponds. The heroes of “Unprincipled” are an ironic embodiment of stereotypes about rich Muscovites. They have luxurious apartments and solid bank accounts, but the same problems as everyone else.
They are trying to hide (or reveal) betrayal, earn easy money, engage in creativity, change something in their lives. They abuse power, get involved in ridiculous situations, but appear even more human, and sometimes more unfortunate, than the most ordinary people.
