Good team
The artistic director of the project, Boris Khlebnikov, is the same director who gave us Arrhythmia and the series Ordinary Woman. We also note that Boris is one of the producers of the series “Kidney”, a real hit of this season.
Producers Artur Dzhanibekyan, Vyacheslav Dusmukhametov and Taimuraz Badziev are also responsible for the project.
New names
In the series “Family” young artists are filmed, whom the viewer does not yet know, and this is always very interesting. We especially advise you to pay attention to Evgeny Antropov (Timofey) and Maria Belonenko (Julia). You could see Zhenya in “High-rise building”, and Masha – in “Survive after”. Our series is light, understandable, sincere, with good good humor and very likeable characters. For all of us, this is an experiment, because the creators had an idea to go beyond the sitcom, but keep it light and simple. In our series, for example, there is no music that should tell the viewer how he should relate to this or that situation. He himself must make a decision and rely on his own feelings. There are only real sounds or, for example, music from the radio in the car. So we ourselves are very interested in what we have achieved.
This is a collection of stories from the life of a large family.
Here are grandmothers, and grandfathers, and mothers, and children, and first love, and missed couples, and upbringing lessons from the older generation – in general, situations that are recognizable and close to everyone, in which something is sure to respond. Each episode is only 30 minutes long.
Quality humor
The authors of the series remain delicate with their characters, so there will be no “physiological” humor. One of our favorite episodes is the one where Elena Valyushkina (Alla Nikolaevna), for example, sends postcards and videos to her relatives on Viber, which she does not check before sending. We all once got into funny situations with instant messengers!
The series was renewed for a second season before the premiere of the first.
No sooner had the first season ended than it became known that the series would have a sequel. However, this is understandable: according to Mediascope, for example, the series ranks second in terms of popularity in the week after the premiere, second only to the reality show Stars in Africa.
