Inevitable
May 6: Far from the periphery
On the other side of the periphery, this sequel unites Omar Sai and Laurent Lafitte, who have resumed their roles as police officers Usman Diakite and François Monge, who find themselves reluctant ten years later. In The Far From The Ringroad, they investigate a murder in a not-so-quiet small town.
They found themselves in the business of settling drug dealers in the Alps. For this sequel, director Louis Letterier hires David Charhon. Next to Omar Sais and Laurent Lafitte we meet especially Izia Higelin and Dimitri Storoj.
May 13: Senior Year
It’s not romantic, Rebel Wilson is playing in a new comedy for Netflix. In the senior course he plays a fan who finds himself in a coma after an unsuccessful trick. When she wakes up, she thinks about continuing to live where she left off and becoming a prom queen.
Except that he wakes up twenty years after his accident! But the young woman does not allow herself to be defeated and intends to return to high school to win the long-awaited title. In this comedy, directed by Alex Hardcastle (Love, Victor, Grace, and Frank), we also meet Alicia Silverstone (Unknown), Justin Hartley (This Is Us), and Anguri Rice (Spider-Man’s new trilogy).
Highlights
May 6: On the road to the future
After the maid series, Andy McDowell stars in a romantic film adaptation from the bestseller and written on Netflix by the screenwriters of To All The Boys I Loved Before. On the way to the future, young Oden meets a mysterious ant, similar to insomnia, in the summer before the start of the school year.
While the residents of the town of Kolby are sleeping peacefully, two friends are wandering its streets. Oden gradually discovers a perfect and carefree teenage life he never knew he wanted. Other cast members include Emma Pasarrow, Dermot Malron, Kate Bosworth and Belmont Camel.
May 6: Marmaduk
Directed by Mark Dipe and Yankee Lee, Marmaduke is the title of the animated film, but also its protagonist, a dirty and evil dog. Despite his kindness and huge heart, the dog does not know how to avoid trouble.
Mistakes are made when he tries to find a place in the expensive world of dog shows. The voice cast includes Pete Davidson, J.K. Simmons and David Cochner.
