With their place guaranteed after beating Goiás 2-1 this Saturday, Palmeiras are now awaiting the duel between América-MG and Santos to find out who they will face in the Copinha final. In an interview after the match, Under-20 coach Paulo Victor Gomes said he has no preference for an opponent, but he hopes the decision will be played at Allianz Parque.

“The one (the opponent) we can’t control. I try to focus on the things I control, which is our work, our team, our income and our performance. Correcting what was missing today and improving what we did right and make the best decisions always thinking about Palmeiras. He is looking forward to tomorrow’s match.
