Lost At Sea, Rob Grant’s debut album, features Lana Del Rey on two tracks
Rob Grantfather of Lana Del Rey, announced the release of his debut album. Called lost at seathe album is scheduled for June 9th and brings some surprises. Lanaartistic name of Lizzie Grantparticipates in two songs, the title track and a song called “hollywood bowl.”
A disc description published and subsequently deleted by the label (via NME) says: “An artist by accident, grant he never took lessons on any instrument in his life. No musical training. He can’t read sheet music. But when he sits down at the piano, something magical happens. The notes come out of him, generating composition after composition.”
In addition to Lanadisc has other special collaborations: “He called a team of talent to contribute to the disc. The participation and compositions include his daughter Lana Del Reywhile production credits include Jack Antonoff, Luke Howard, Laura Sisk It is Zach Dawes.”
The album’s cover even resembles some of her daughter’s projects, such as Norman Fucking Rockwell!. Check out:
