Drake cancels show at Lollapalooza 2023; Skrillex replaces

On the day of the presentation on the third and last day of Lollapalooza 2023, drake canceled the show it would do on the night of this Sunday, 26. Festival announced SkrillexAmerican electronic music DJ, as a replacement.

In a statement made on social media, the festival wrote: “Alert, important information! In view of this cancellation, we will freely make available to holders of tickets for the sports lola day, Lolla Comfort Day It is Lolla Lounge Day from the 26/03th the possibility to keep the ticket active and attend the event, or request a refund of the ticket value. In order to be entitled to reimbursement, the ticket for the above-mentioned categories cannot have been used to access the festival on 03/26.”

The rapper also issued a statement justifying his absence from the Lollapalooza 2023. “Due to unforeseen circumstances, drake is without members of its sound and production team, essential for the realization of the show Lollapalooza in Sao Paulo. drake was excited to perform for his fans in Brazil. Unfortunately, this is out of your control. Sorry,” said the artist.
