The presentation took place at the end of the night, when around 00:00, Gene Simmons he asked the stagehands for help to bring him a chair. Then the bassist stopped playing and stood motionless on the stage.

the vocalist Paul Stanley interrupted the show and explained that the band needed to stop so that Gene was rescued. Immediately, the bassist was taken backstage and, meanwhile, the organization of the event asked the fans to wait.

Minutes later, the band returned to the stage and resumed the presentation, which continued until dawn on Thursday, 13. Gene returned to the stage playing and greeting the audience in Portuguese: “Manaus, [está] all good! Thanks”.

After the repercussions, the bassist released a message on Twitter, in the early afternoon of Thursday, the 13th, confirming that he was sick due to dehydration and, therefore, “I was forced to sit down for a song”, returning to the stage 5 minutes later. .
