Demi Lovato’s show garnered attention for featuring a girl band with the look and sound of rockers. And the quartet consists of very famous instrumentalists.

Queen of guitar solos, Nita Strauss began her career in an Iron Maiden cover band, which she left in 2014 to tour with Alice Cooper, turning into a long-term job.

The 36-year-old guitarist stayed with the rocker until last year, when she accepted an invitation to join Demi Lovato’s girl group.

Nita still has a solo career with two albums and topped the list of “female guitarists you should know” published by Guitar World magazine.

In addition to accompanying Demi, bassist Leanne Bowes plays in the band Big Time Rush and with singer/actress Dove Cameron. In Demi’s band, thanks to her degree in marketing, she also covers the role of musical director and tour director.

He also has a solo career, having released his first single last year under the pseudonym Badways.

Drummer Brittany Nicole Bowman became famous for cover videos on YouTube and Instagram, before starting playing with Royal And The Serpent.

Finally, keyboardist Dani McGinley is one of the most sought-after studio players in Los Angeles, with 15 years of experience in the industry. He also plays on tours for ex One Direction Niall Horan and Marina and the Diamonds.

The first time this group performed live was at the Jimmy Fallon show in August last year and, until The Town, the largest audience they performed for was Rock in Rio.
