The singer and composer Luis Kiari made the song available on digital platforms I am thirstysong by Dominguinhos e Anastasia. The song was created to celebrate the career of the icon who left us some time ago 10 years.
“Tem Sede, a song by Dominguinhos and Anastácia, which I discovered through Gilberto Gil in the album Unplugged recorded in 1994. I love this song so much that it inspired me to create Hoje é noite sem luar, present in my album De Dentro”explains Kiari.
The song is part of a series of three singles, which will be collected in an album, due out in December. The version of I am thirsty brings the introduction of Today is a moonless night.
“The single began with the beginning of my music, which I consider the daughter of the other, uniting them forever,” says Luis Kiari. “It is with pleasure that I pay homage to one of the greatest musicians, composers and performers that Brazilian music has ever had and who left us 10 years ago.
