The Police celebrate 40 years of the album ‘Synchronicity’ with new TikTok account
The Police finally joined TikTok. The band created an account to celebrate the album’s 40th anniversary Synchronicity (1983). Followers will be able to watch new content, including never-before-seen footage.

“It’s great to continue the legacy of The Policeand what better place than TikTok these days?” said the guitarist Andy Summers(via NME). “We live in these times, let’s face it, difficult times, but imagine our parents and grandparents hunching over little radios to hear about the world.”
“As aficionados and fans, we must continue to have faith and believe in the art of music, and we hope that our music can bring a positive message to people around the world. Thank you Tiktok!” he continued.
The trio formed by Sting, Stewart Copeland It is Summers has already published four videos on the platform. In one of them, Copeland stated that they will “explore ancient stories, explain obscure music, debunk some myths and initiate others.”
