Record company denies request to use Taylor Swift’s songs in NFL game

Fox asked to use Taylor Swift songs during the broadcast of the game with Travis Kelce

Taylor Swift made people talk last weekend, leaving Arrowhead Stadium alongside the player Travis Kelce. The singer watched a match between the Kansas City Chiefs, the team involved in the alleged affair, against the Chicago Bears alongside her mother. Kelce.

However, the record company Swift did not allow his music to play during the game broadcast. Fox made the request as soon as it learned that the artist would be present at the stadium on Sunday, the 24th, however, it was unsuccessful.

Richie Zyonschief producer of the NFL on Fox, explained how it all went down (via ET Online): “Earlier this week, amid the avalanche of rumors, our associate producer Rich Gross sought permission to use the music of Swift. No way.”

“For the music department of Fox, the record label and publisher of Swift denied our request, in conjunction with speculation about his private/personal/dating life,” he added Zyons.

Still, Fox Sports managed to manage the situation and made the presence of Taylor Swift an attraction of the event. Photos show the singer vibrating with each successful play by the Kansas City Chiefs.
