Caetano Veloso wins the 2023 UBC Award

Legendary singer-songwriter and writer Caetano Veloso was announced as the winner UBC Awards 2023carried out by Brazilian Union of Composers. The seventh edition of the awards ceremony will take place on December 5that the entity’s headquarters, in Rio de Janeiro.

OR UBC Award was born in 2007, when the awarded artist was Gilberto Gil, major authorial collaborator of Caetano. In subsequent years, Erasmo Carlos, Milton Nascimento, Herbert Vianna, Djavan AND Alceu Valença.
