Rolling Stone Brasil teamed up with Poti Junior’s to build a building in the south of the country
A Rolling Stone Brazil joined the Poti Junior’s to build a residential building in Porto Belo, Santa Catarina. The development will have 240 apartments spread over 37 floors and will be called Rolling Stone Building.
Between R$250 million and R$300 million will be invested in work that should be completed in three years and begins in 2023. Each unit is expected to cost R$1 million. Among the building’s innovations will be two recording studios, themed pubs and a pickeball court.

“We see the need to expand the brand’s universe and experience, offering solutions that go beyond journalism,” he said Luís Malufpublisher of Rolling Stone Brazil(via Propmark). “It’s an opportunity to innovate the way we engage the brand with consumers.”
