Ozzy Osbourne recalled watching ‘The Exorcist’ for the first time in the 1970s
Ozzy Osbourne It may appear dark, but it’s not quite like that. In the program Ozzy’s Boneyardfrom the radio SiriusXMthe musician confessed that The Exorcist (1973) didn’t suit him very well.
“I remember as if it were yesterday, the businessman of black Sabbath, Patrick Meehancalled me and said: ‘You all have to go see this movie, The Exorcist‘. Take into consideration that we had never seen anything like this before,” he said. Ozzy.

The tip was accepted, and Osbourne actually looked for a movie theater to find out what Meehan was saying: “We all went to a movie theater in Philadelphia and shit ourselves. It was f*cking horrible. We had to go see Masterstroke right away”.
Ozzy made it clear that he does not intend to make any horror film, but stated that there has already been an attempt alongside Rob Zombie. “No, I can’t. It’s too slow,” she said, referring to the time needed to produce a feature film. “I asked him [Zombie] if I could make a cameo in one of his films. He never got back to me,” he added.
