In a note, the festival says that the post that attributed cancellation to the singer was a ‘mistake’
Marina Sena was unable to perform this Sunday, 26th, at Primavera Sound Buenos Airesaccording to the festival’s announcement made on the 10th. Internet users noticed, however, that the singer was present, on the same date, at the Casa da Barra — a kind of reality show promoted by Carlinhos Maia.
We regret to inform you that, due to adjustments in the schedule, DJ Playero, Marina Herlop, Marina Sena and Puerto Candelaria will not perform at the festival.

The owner of the hit “Por Supuesto” clarified that the show in Argentina and another in Colombia were canceled by the festival itself. She was not “informed of further details” that could justify the decision, she explained in an official note.

O Primavera Sound Buenos Aires also shared the post of Seine on twitter. In a post recently deleted, however, the event responded to a netizen who questioned the departure of Marina of the line-up saying that the artist had a conflict in her schedule: “For scheduling reasons, the artist will not be able to attend.”

The Buenos Aires declaration for the cancellation of Marina and from some other artists it was: “adjustments to the festival program”. The post on Twitter justifying the cancellation of the show with Marina’s schedule was a mistake and we deleted it.
Colombia’s cancellation occurred with the entire festival program, except The Cure, Pet Shop Boys, Slowdive It is Minyo Cumbierowhen the event turned into Road to Primavera.
We do not believe it is necessary to disclose a position, as we were clear in our official communications:

Casa da Barra
Carlinhos Maia’s program involves influencers and content creators and takes place in Barra de São Miguel, in Maceió. Furthermore, Casa da BarraIt is full of events, such as parties and competitions, for example.
