Demi Lovato announces her engagement to the Canadian singer

Demi Lovato announced her engagement to Jordan Lutes on Instagram this Sunday (12/17). The singer shared the news with her followers, attaching a photo of her engagement ring.

“I’m still speechless! Last night was the best night of my life and I can’t believe I’m going to marry the love of my life. My love, I’m so excited to marry you…every day I spent with you is It was a dream come true and I can’t wait to love and cherish you forever. Here’s to the rest of our lives. I love you,” she wrote in the post.

According to People magazine, the engagement was celebrated on Saturday (12/16) at a restaurant in Los Angeles, where the couple was accompanied by their family.

Who is the groom

Known by his stage name Jutes, Jordan is a Canadian singer who has released three albums. All tattooed, he recalls the trajectory of Machine Gun Kelly, with a trap start followed by a turn towards commercial emo rock.

The singer made her relationship with the artist public in August 2022, after meeting him in January of the same year, when they worked together on the song “Substance”.

Subsequently, they worked on the songs “Happy Ending” and “City of Angels”, included on Lovato’s “Holy Fvck” album, and became increasingly intimate.
