Singer Taylor Swift passed Elvis Presley TO Billboard 200, surpassing the King of Rock as the solo artist with the most weeks at number one on the charts. In the report published last Sunday (31), Taylor was in first place for 68 weeks, while Elvis remained in first place for 67 weeks.
The first time the blonde took to the podium was with the album Fearlessfor 11 weeks between late 2008 and early 2009.
With 1989 (Taylor’s version)released in October 2023, it has already spent 5 non-consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200.
Elvis Presley appeared on the list with 10 different albums between 1956 and 2002.
It’s worth mentioning that the record belongs to the Beatles with 132 weeks at number one, with 19 albums, between 1964 and 2001.
