Because Office completed in 2013, musician, comedian and actor Craig Robinson has been as busy as the rest of the cast of the NBC series. When asked why he takes the stage night after night despite his success in film and television, Robinson replied:
It is the heartbeat. Going up and playing, for sure… there is definitely a soul involved and a certain curiosity on the part of every audience. You know, what will this crowd inspire? And be careful. It would be if there was no one there, so what does it tell you?
Well, that’s healthy as hell. If she was doing it independently of the audience, she is really doing what she loves. It is a little unfair to call what Craig Robinson does on stage “standing”, because there is always a musical element involved. He told me that he is first of all a musician, as his mother exposed him to this art form while he was still “in the womb”. He was also a music teacher for several years before breaking into Hollywood.
