“Free Pass Entretenimento, the company that made possible and held the first edition of the German Summer Breeze Open Air festival in Brazil in 2023 and started negotiations for the project for 2024, informs that it is no longer part of the corporate structure of the festival , and that the management of the production and execution of the same was acquired by the partner Consulado do Rock on 30 December 2023, therefore Free Pass from that date no longer falls within the official activities of the event. In this transition, the German company founder of SBOAB, SILVERDUST GmbH and the Brazilian Consulado do Rock will continue to carry out the project in collaboration with the current CEO, Claudio Vicentin”, the statement says.
The festival takes place on April 26, 27 and 28 at the Memorial da América Latina, in Sao Paulo.
