Country singer Thales Lessa, known for the hit “Cadê seu Namorado, Moça?”, was arrested Monday night (2/12) after being accused of sexual harassment in Araxá, Minas Gerais.
The artist was in a hotel in the city when he was approached by military police officers, after an employee had reported sexual harassment. He remained naked in front of the masseuse, who refused to serve him. The hotel manager called the police.
Shortly after the incident, the artist was taken to the police station and, in his deposition, he stated that he was a regular customer of the massage service offered by the facility and that he was in the habit of remaining naked during the service.
Thales is being held at the city’s Second Regional Police Station, where he will remain until his custody hearing, which will take place this Tuesday (13/2).
