The track will be included in Hyperdrama, the French duo’s fourth album, scheduled for release on April 26
On the way to his fourth studio album, HyperdramaO Justice released his new single, “Incognito”. The track follows the last two releases from the French duo, who have already released two previews since announcing their new work in January.
“Incognito” points again to the group’s electronic and instrumental experimentalism, in four minutes with almost no vocals, but with a sound full of abrupt breaks and accelerated synthesizers. Listen below:
“Like many tracks on this record, this one goes from completely electronic to completely human music abruptly, several times within four minutes,” explains Justice in the song’s release.
“The structure is dictated by what boom feels like at a moment, without necessarily following any rules. We had to unlearn everything we knew about sound structures, and about music in general, when we started working on Hyperdrama, which was quite refreshing .”

Scheduled to be released on April 26th, Hyperdrama already has three singles released: “Generator” and “One Night/All Night”, the latter featuring the tame Impala, in addition to “Incognito”. At the same time, Justice has already announced international presentations at Coachella and in Primavera Sound Barcelona.
