According to information from the newspaper O Tempo, the Olabia social organization to democratize the technological area, created Pretalab with the aim of offering courses, consultancy and indicating vacancies so that female participation in the sector grows increasingly.
“Our aim is to work to ensure that the role of black women in technology is increasingly powerful. Today, there are 1,300 of them on our platform, which gives visibility and connects people. Growing more and more in Brazil, the technology market has been standing out for the space offered to women. Thus, high salaries came to light as main points, but demand is still low.
