To celebrate the creative and collaborative power of women in music, the Brazilian Union of Composers (UBC) announces the release of the single Let it flourish. The arrival of the track this Friday (28th) marks the end of the project Song Camp – For those who make musican innovative initiative dedicated to expanding the voice and presence of women in the music industry, which was presented to the public in a series of documentaries from four episodes.
The song, which belongs to the project led by Fernanda Takaicomposer, singer and director from UBC, is now available on all digital platforms.
The single is the result of the meeting of ten talented artists — composers, musicians, arrangers and producers – In the study Sonasterya place of inspiring beauty located in the mountains of Minas Geraisduring the project Song field – For those who make music. The meeting was more than a recording session, but a safe space to exchange experiences, inspirations and talents, where each artist contributed their unique essence to the creation.
The ten authors of Let it flourish I am Bruna Souza, Coral, Ju Lazuli, King Saints, Larissa Umaytá, Letícia Fialho, Lio Soares, Livia Nery, Luiza Brina ANDNath Rodriguesall bringing their different origins, distinct musical genres and experiences to their work.
