At one point during Madonna’s Celebration Tour show in Miami, the air conditioning was at low temperatures.
During the show The Celebration Tour that took place in the arena Kaseya Centerin Miami, Florida, United States, Madonna complained and criticized the production team for setting the air conditioning at low temperatures.
“You don’t know how much I waited for this whole fucking show,” said the artist at the presentation in question, which took place last Saturday, the 6th. “I’m working my ass off, I deserve it. Respect me. The show won’t continue until you respect me.”
According to information from the NME, the low temperatures would have come in the middle of the show, which had several other technical problems. A video filmed by a fan shows Madonna telling venue staff to “try closing the doors” or the “curtains in the halls.” Furthermore, the singer scolds one of the employees: “Oh, did you forget that? I’m going to have to reduce your pay.”
On Twitter, the account @MadonnaUltimate explained how the 65-year-old artist was “upset” due to “technical issues happening at the show,” as well as the “air conditioning was super cold, which affected her voice.”
Finally, another video shows Madonna talking about the subject with the audience at Kaseya Center: “I also work a lot, because I’m a mother and I’m an artist. And I… I’m a queen, yes. So I get really angry when people don’t care about my health. This is my 71st show and I’m going to keep going.”
Madonna was upset last night in Miami due to technical issues happening at the show and also the AC being super cold which is affecting her voice ahead of the 2 million people show in Rio. She is absolutely right. People should do their jobs, she does hers #MadonnaCelebrationTour
