Intending to participate in Madonna’s show, Pabllo Vittar shook social media by participating in a rehearsal together with the Queen of Pop, this Thursday 2nd, on Copacabana beach, in the south of Rio de Janeiro. The images were recorded by TV Globo.
The artist was filmed and photographed while taking part in the sound check, which then turned into a show for the audience present, together with the dancers of the Queen of Pop and the rhythm players of various samba schools in Rio. A few minutes later, a masked woman started singing Nothing really matters. The masked woman was Madonna herself, who tried to go “unnoticed” by the public, but failed.

Show in Rio
Madonna will perform in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday 4th, on Copacabana beach. The show will start around 9.45pm, last two hours and can be seen live on TV and on the Internet. First, at 7pm, the DJs warm up the audience and, at 8pm, it is the turn of the American Diplo to lead the party until Madonna arrives.
1.5 million people are expected. The Tourism Company of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro (Riotur) has confirmed 170 extra flights to the city until the 6th. A 30% increase in the flow of the Novo Rio bus station is also expected.
Madonna is expected to receive R$17 million for her farewell show The celebration tour. The Queen of Pop’s compensation is included in a document with all the expected expenses for the presentation, which plans to use R$ 20 million only for the international transport of the artist’s equipment and cargo.
In addition to the private sector, the state government and municipality also invested R$10 million each in the event. Public bodies claim that the amount returned to Rio de Janeiro will be much higher: around R$293 million.
