Billboard, Variety, Rolling Stone and The Hollywood Reporter are among the publications that have created tutorials for international audiences to watch the Brazilian broadcast
The anticipation for a historic Madonna show on Copacabana beach this Saturday night (4/5) is worldwide. But international attention could become a problem. With a history of inability to manage the audience generated by “Big Brother Brazil”, Globoplay will have to face the largest data traffic in its history in the next few hours. In addition to the Brazilian public, several American sites teach how to watch the show on the platform.
Even traditional publications, such as the magazine sites Billboard, Rolling Stone Variety and The Hollywood Reporter, four of the most famous publications in the US entertainment industry, have created tutorials to teach their readers how to use a VPN to access the platform. And this was only in the United States. English newspapers, French sites and many other European countries also highlight Globoplay’s path to follow the broadcast.
Madonna’s show will be broadcast openly on the platform and can be seen by non-subscribers, i.e. anyone, as long as they fill out a registration form and log in to the application. However, the service blocks IPs outside of Brazil. So the alternative is to use a VPN, which allows you to create a Brazilian IP and then log in as if you were in the country.
