The video of Avicii’s latest performance in Sweden has been released


This Thursday (27), an unreleased video of Avicii’s last performance in Sweden, on August 5, 2016, was released.

The 10-minute video recorded in Tallriken, Malmö, shows Tim Bergling playing four songs: Without you, Hey Brother, I am ashamed AND You make me.

According to the video description, the footage was screened at the Avicii Experience, the museum dedicated to him in Stockholm.

It’s worth noting that six years after his death in 2018, at just 28 years old, Avicii’s presence and influence are still felt in the world of electronic music. He remains among the top 100 artists in the world on Spotify, with nearly 39 million monthly listeners and billions of streams across his entire catalog.

A documentary that deals with his life and the events that led him to suicide, Avicii – I’m Tim, it also premiered at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival in New York.

Talking about your child’s values, Klas defines the artist as “authentic”: “Tim meant a lot to young people: his music, his lyrics and his person. At first I didn’t understand why, but then a fan said, ‘Tim was authentic.’ I got it. A lot of young people identify with that authenticity, his honesty and his struggles.”

After learning of the death of AviciìThe DJ’s family released an emotional statement to the public: “Our beloved Tim was a seeker, a fragile artistic soul searching for answers to existential questions… When he stopped touring, he wanted to find balance in life so he could be happy and do what he loved to do more: the music”they concluded.
