Since the release of the fifth studio album of his career, entitled Emails I Can’t Send (2023), Sabrina Carpenter began to become one of the biggest names in pop today. “It was a demonstration tactic, because no one liked me romantically at that point — no one was obsessed with me. I didn’t have anyone I was talking to,” the 25-year-old singer said in the chat.
“Full disclosure: I’ve never really been on the charts until very recently, so it’s a new discovery, like… I’m interested,” she continued. Sabrina Carpenter. “It’s not the reason I write music and it’s not the reason I will write music.”
