Band career

Formed in Seattle in 1988, Mudhoney was one of the first groups to draw attention to the grunge movement. Considered one of the pioneers of the genre, she became known for her raw and heavy sound, which mixes punk rock with garage and psychedelic influences. Their early releases, such as the single “Touch Me I’m Sick” and the EP “Superfuzz Bigmuff” (1988), had a significant impact on the Seattle music scene and helped shape the grunge sound that would come to dominate music in the 90s. 80s. 1990.
