So the first time I heard the song in its entirety was when I saw a screening of the film, it wasn’t completely cut. It was like the almost finished version. And my agents and I were watching it and the end obviously happens. And there are quite a few, it’s a pretty shocking ending. And then the song comes and I remember we all sat down and said “Oh my God”, because it really seems like she managed to capture that melody so well that the feeling I got when I read the book and the feeling that I had played. So yeah, I was really moved to hear it.
Daisy Edgar-Jones had the experience of seeing where the grasshoppers sing audiences will get it when they see it in theaters.
