Little Buzz, 8, and Buddy, 6, played the first ever concert in celebration of their father Tom Fletcher’s birthday.
the children of Tom Fletcherone of the lead singers of the British band McFlyperformed for the first time to a large audience at a dad’s show. buzz8 years old, and buddy6, played guitar, drums and sang to the audience in celebration of the musician’s 37th birthday.
In an Instagram post, Fletcher shared a video of the moment and wrote, “I wanted to share this before my birthday is over. The best birthday present I could have wished for, my boys deciding at the last second that they wanted to play their first rock concert tonight at our show and stepping on stage for the first time!”
The video shows the children playing “We Will Rock You,” of queenwith buzz on vocals and guitar, while buddy takes over the battery. The audience sings along with the boys and vibrates to the guitar chords of the eldest son of Fletcher. “Thanks to everyone in the crowd for giving them an amazing memory they will never forget and giving me an amazing birthday!”
In another publication, Fletcher compiled the recordings of the show and wrote: “I made some rock memories last night! Thanks to the entire crew and band for letting them out at the last minute. I think this might be my favorite Instagram post!”
