2025 will be a year full of incredible shows; check it out

The year 2024 was marked by a musical agenda full of presentations, artists such as Paul McCartney and Mariah Carey passed through the country. In addition to unique shows, festivals consolidated their role as major cultural events, attracting thousands of fans and boosting the economy. Among the highlights of the year were Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza, the Coala Festival and new editions of traditional events.

Check out, below, six unmissable festivals that are already confirmed for next year and that you can’t miss!


1. I Wanna Be Tour

  • Dates: February 15th (Curitiba) and February 22nd (São Paulo)
  • Genres: Emo, pop punk and alternative rock

After a successful debut in 2024, the I Wanna Be Tour returns in 2025, focusing on the cities of Curitiba and São Paulo. The festival celebrates the nostalgia of the emo and pop punk genres. Although the official lineup has not yet been released, the expectation is that it will include bands that have never performed in Brazil and others that have not visited the country for some time. The first edition featured names such as Simple Plan, NXZero and The Usedand the organization promises an even more special lineup in 2025.


2. Lollapalooza Brazil

  • Dates: March 28th, 29th and 30th
  • Location: Interlagos Racetrack, São Paulo
  • Genres: Pop, indie, rock, electronic

Lollapalooza Brasil reaches its 12th edition with a strong lineup. Among the highlights are Olivia Rodrigo, Justin Timberlake, Tool, Alanis Morissette and Shawn Mendes. In addition to the headliners, the festival brings new attractions in Brazil, such as Tate McRaeand national names such as Gravewho will make one of his last performances in the country.

Tickets are available in different modalities, with prices starting at R$425 (half price).


3. C6 Fest

  • Dates: May 22nd to 25th
  • Location: Ibirapuera Park, São Paulo
  • Genres: Rock, jazz, MPB, pop

C6 Fest returns to Parque do Ibirapuera in its third edition, expanding to a four-day festival. The program is divided between intimate shows at the Ibirapuera Auditorium and large outdoor performances. Highlights include Nile Rodgers & Chic, Wilco, Pretendersin addition to national names such as Your Jorge and Agnes Nunes.

With tickets starting at R$280, the festival establishes itself as one of the most eclectic in the country.


4. The Town

  • Dates: 6, 7, 12, 13 and 14 September
  • Location: Interlagos Racetrack, São Paulo
  • Genres: Pop, rock, electronic

In its second edition, The Town promises to elevate the festival experience in Brazil. With a new stage configuration and renowned attractions, the event is already anticipated as one of the biggest festivals of the year. Artists like Green Day, Sex Pistols, Iggy Pop and Pitty are confirmed for September 7th, dedicated to punk rock. Furthermore, Katy Perry will be the headliner on September 14th, on the Skyline stage.


5. Koala Festival

  • Dates: September 5th, 6th and 7th
  • Location: Latin America Memorial, São Paulo
  • Genres: MPB, indie, alternative

Turning 11 years old, the Koala Festival celebrates Brazilian music with big names and new talents. In 2025, the event will take place at the Memorial da América Latina and already has confirmation of Liniker in the lineup.

Created in 2014, Coala’s mission is to value national music and export Brazilian talent to the world.


6. CarnaUOL

  • Date: February 8
  • Location: Allianz Parque, São Paulo
  • Genres: Pop, funk, axé, electronic

In its 10th edition, CarnaUOL opens the carnival calendar with a special program. The event will feature national and international artists, including Christina Aguilera, Sean Paul, Steve Aoki, Belo, Ana Castela, Tony Salles, Matuê, DJ KVSH, DJ Sofia and Deekapz.
