The case that came to court in October now includes Jay-Z’s name among the accused; the crime apparently occurred in 2000
Jay-Z he is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with him Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The case originally came to the New York court in October of this year, by summons only Combs as accused and with two names withheld. On Sunday 8th the document was modified and integrated Jay-Zwhose real name is Shawn Carter.
According to the document, the woman, whose identity was not revealed, claims that the crime occurred while she was attending a party after the murder MTV Video Music Awardsin 2000. She was allegedly raped by Combs AND Carter while a third celebrity looked on.
In the indictment, the alleged victim stated that he was trying to enter the event while standing outside Radio City Music Hall watching the performers arrive. A limousine driver allegedly stopped and told the little girl that she “fitted in.” Diddy I was looking” and where I could go after party.
Once at the party, the girl allegedly signed a confidentiality agreement and was drugged with a drink. She was then raped by Jay-Z and then, for Combs.
“The defendant, together with his long-time friend and collaborator Shawn Carter (also known as Jay-Z), drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl during an after-party Video music awards 2000,” the lawsuit says. “Another celebrity stood by while Combs AND Carter they took turns abusing the child.”

Jay-Z he denied the accusations and criticized the lawyer responsible for the fact, Tony Buzbeethrough a post published on Twitter by Roc Nation, his record label.

What Sean “Diddy” Combs said
The lawyers of Combs he denied the allegations and also attacked Buzbee in a statement sent to People: “This amended complaint and the recent extortion case against Mr. Buzbee denounce the deluge of lawsuits filed against Mr. Combs for what they really are: blatant publicity stunts designed to extort payments from celebrities who fear lies will be spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs“.
