MusicEscolhas e Reflexos: Dudu shows maturity in new album

The rapper Dudu released his fourth album in 2024, Choices and Reflections (2024). With 19 tracks and production by Iuri Rio Brancothe project showed musical maturity on the part of the artist.

“This album is a key turning point, not only in my career, but in life. It’s a work that we feel present, that has the potential to be everywhere and to connect with people through rhymes, sound and melody,” said the rapper in a statement.

THE Rolling Stone Brazil the artist said that the album reflects his moment in life, which is one of renewal. “The name of the album is a mirror of this entire journey. Not only in the production of this album, but in my career.”

I’ve already come across several choices in which I had to understand the weight of it, how it would impact my music. And this is my most sincere album.

Although I understand that all of your projects come from a personal point of view, here Dudu reflects on how important it was to listen to your partners throughout the process. “My desire to make music was greater than our ego. It was the project in which I listened the most to the people involved,” he reflects.

The artist ends by saying that the album is a way of remembering that some people haven’t achieved this. “These are my crazy things, choices and reflections along the way,” he concludes.
