From touring to recording an album, Edu Falaschi’s plans for 2025


The singer will perform the album Temple of Shadows (Angra) in its entirety at more than 20 shows, as well as recording an album that concludes his songwriting trilogy

The singer Edu Falaschi confirmed its plans for 2025 in a year-end statement. Upcoming projects include a celebratory tour and a new studio album.

Next May, the singer will make the Blu-Ray available Vera Cruz – Live in Sao Paulowith presales starting in January. The audiovisual recording was recorded during a show at Tokio Marine Hall, Sao Paulo, on August 21, 2022 (read coverage). On that occasion Falaschi performed the albums Rebirth (2001, Angra) AND True Cross (2021), his first solo album. They attended the event Elba Ramalho, Thiago Arancam, Fabio Lima, Fernanda Lira AND Marcellus Pompeo.

Also at the beginning of the year, the singer promises to announce a partnership with a giant in the video game industry. He will be responsible for the soundtrack of a match to be confirmed. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the musician got involved in the segment by performing live while playing FIFA AND call of Duty.

In June he begins a tour celebrating two decades of Temple of Shadowsalbum published by Angra in 2004. The excursion, from the name Temple of Shadows in concert 2025already has more than 20 presentations scheduled in the South-East, South, Central-West and North-East between the months of June and August. On some dates he will be accompanied by an orchestra. Tickets are on sale.

During 2025, Edu will also record a new album: his third solo career and the one responsible for ending a trilogy that began in True Cross (2021) and followed with El Dorado (2023). The expectation is that the album will be available in 2026.

Edu Falaschi in 2024

Edu Falaschi’s 2024 was characterized by new revisitations of his career with Angra. The singer went on tour performing the entire work live Rebirth World Tour: Live in Sao Pauloreleased by his former band in 2002. For the occasion, he also sang songs originally recorded by the late Andrea Matoshis predecessor in the group.

Another noteworthy initiative was the partnership with Black pantiesin a new version of “Now I’m in pain”reinterpretation of the forró group that adapts “Bleeding Heart”. Although it was recorded in late 2023, the track was released the following year as part of the DVD Timeless.
