Nervosa will perform 8 shows in Brazil at the beginning of the year, one of them at a festival


The performances are part of the tour promoting Jailbreak, the band’s fifth album and the first with Prika Amaral on vocals

Band formed in Brazil and led by the singer and guitarist from Sao Paulo Prika AmaralTHE Nervous they will be touring South America in late January and early February. There will be ten presentations in total, eight of which will be in our country, in addition to visits to Argentina and Chile.

The commitments are part of the tour promoting his most recent album, Jailbreaking. The thrash metal group’s fifth studio effort was released in September 2023 and was marked as the first to bring Prika Amaralguitarist and leader, also on vocals.

It also marked the Bulgarian’s debut Michaela Naydenova (drums) and Greek Hel Pira (low) e Elena Kotina (guitar). In January last year, the group announced that Naydenova would be leaving the band, to be replaced by the Brazilian Gabriela Abud.

The agenda in the country will open with a performance at the Dark Dimensions Fest, which celebrates the 25th anniversary of the eponymous producer. The event at the Carioca Club, in Sao Paulo, will also have Torture Squad, Via dell’Olmo (Australia), Eskrota, Throw me to the wolves AND Damnation. One of the premises is to showcase female strength in metal, as four of the six attractions feature women in their programs.

Subsequently, Prika Amaral and her colleagues played in Recife, Belo Horizonte, Brasilia, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro and Florianópolis. The complete itinerary can be seen below. Tickets are available on the group’s official website.
