A few weeks before the third season premiere (which will premiere on February 16, 2025) of The White Lotus, HBO officially renewed the series, created, directed and written by Mike Whitefor the fourth season.
In a post published last Wednesday, the 22nd, on social media, the official report of the series said in the caption: “Good news travels fast. #TheWhiteLotus is excited to welcome you to a new destination.” According to information from Varietythe fourth year is expected to go into production in 2026 (and the first may only take place in 2027).

As per tradition for the series, the third season features a renewed cast, with some familiar faces. Natasha Rothwell returns as Belinda Lindsey, seen in the first season, marking one of the few rescues of already established characters. Among the new confirmed members are Leslie Bibb, Jason Isaacs, Michelle Monaghan, Parker Posey AND Walton Goggins.
Furthermore, the season will be characterized Patrick Schwarzenegger, Aimee Lou Wood (Sex education), Sarah Catherine Hook, Sam Nivola and the young Asian actress Tayme Thapthimthongwhich promises to be one of the highlights. Mike White has hinted that other characters from previous seasons may return.
The fourth year of production takes place in Thailand, with recordings made in Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui. The plot will address death and spirituality from a satirical perspective, exploring the cultural aspects of Eastern religions.
