Musicarock Exhibition: Exhibition in SP tells the story of the Best of Blues and Rock Festival

In the world’s leading capitals, pop culture exhibitions attract multitudes to museums, cultural centers and malls, turning spaces into true temples of art and collective memory. Inspired by this global movement, Dance Marketing created Rock Exhibition in 2014.

By 2025, the platform celebrates the Best of Blues and Rock festival. The show will feature interactive totems equipped with hearing and visual accessibility resources, which will allow visitors to dive into the trajectory of the artists who marked the history of the festival, offering an immersive and interactive experience, and conducting the public for a journey through the roots and evolution of the musical genres that marked generations.

Among the exclusive photographs of André Velozothe visitor also accesses biographies, albums, awards, custom playlists and other special content prepared by the content curator Carlos Calado and by the journalist HELTON RIBEIRO. With each click, a new dive into the Blues and Rock’n’roll universe, where each person creates their own soundtrack.

The exhibition Rock Exhibition – Best of Blues and Rock is on display until May 9, at Casa das Rosas, in São Paulo, and is sponsored by Sulamérica. Casa das Rosas is equipment from the Secretariat of Culture, Economics and Creative Industry of the State of São Paulo, managed by the Poiesis Social Organization.

Since its debut, Rock Exhibition has invited the audience to dive into the creative universe of music, fashion and world pop culture icons through exclusive – national and international – exhibitions that combine emotion, interactivity and information.

The platform was launched in 2015 with Rock Exhibition: Jimi Hendrix – Hear My Train A Comin ‘, an unprecedented show in Brazil that presented the most creative period of the guitarist in 2017, it was the turn of Rock Exhibition – Nirvana: Taking Punk to The Masses, which brought to the country the history of the band, as well as the independent music scene.

In 2021, the platform paid a national tribute from Rock Exhibition – Rita Lee. João Leeson of the artist, the exhibition presented more than 18 thematic areas and an unprecedented collection that celebrated the artist’s more than 50 years of career, symbol of revolution and freedom in the Brazilian music scene.

Rock Exhibition – Best of Blues and Rock

The exhibition will feature 13 interactive digital totems. One presents the history and importance of the festival, while the other 12, organized in chronological order, represent each edition of the event, from 2013 to 2024.

• Interactive timeline: Explore the history of the year by year festival, with photos, videos, lines and curiosities of each edition;
• Artist Gallery: Get to know the names of blues and rock that performed at Best of Blues and Rock, with biographies, discographies and awards;
• Lineup of the year: Discover the artists who took the stage that year, explore their trajectories with videos, photos and curiosities, and dive into the sound that marked each edition of the festival;
• Striking moments: Content of shows, interviews, photos and testimonials, capturing the atmosphere of past events;
• Curiosities: Explore a digital collection with exclusive information about the artists who have already passed the festival. Discover curiosities, striking moments and the legacy of the big names in blues and rock that went through the event.
• Playlist: The playlist brings songs from artists who have passed the festival. A special selection created by Carlos Calado and Helton Ribeiro.
• Accessibility: The exhibition is designed to be accessible to all audiences, with resources such as Braille material, audiodescription and trained professionals to offer an inclusive experience.
• Monitored visits: The exhibition provides for monitored visits, with the possibility of receiving students from public schools and non -profit institutions, providing an educational and immersive experience. If confirmed, these guided tours may allow students to know the historical and cultural importance of musical genres, stimulating curiosity and expanding access to culture in a dynamic and interactive way.
