With two boats, floating musical trio of San Paolo (SP) formed by Elisa Monastery, Rafaella Petrosino AND Gabriel B. Ferreiralaunched on Monday (19) their last EP, entitled Bad seal Downstage. The work is nostalgic and daily and consisting of six tracks, the last is a partnership with the band El Toro Fuertefrom Minas Gerais.
The songs float between the indie and the Emo, building an audiovisual narrative with cinematographic appeals, through advertisements of elements and references found in audiovisual works, drawing a parallel with personal experiences of the members of the members Two boatshighlighting the maturity that was acquired from the first exit of the band, EP Wharf In 2018.
For the band, Bad It is like watching a film with episodes of the life of the members of the Two boatsLeaving aside the most playful references that the project usually adopts, facing the reality of routine and daily life.
Ep explores reflections and themes that transport nostalgic feelings of Desires, afflictions, goodbyes, friendships, restartAmong a number of many others who perform on a daily basis.
The songs are interconnected, incorporating a series of worldly sound effects, ranging from the sounds of the plane and the blender to the celebrations and to nature. They have elements that intertwine with each other, creating a thin and interesting connection for those who listen carefully, building an immersive and almost cinematographic atmosphere that transports the listener to vivid scenarios and chills transmitting sensations of familiarity and mystery.
Except the partnership with El Toro FuerteEp has been completely written and produced by the three members of the band. The trio was responsible for each phase of the process, ensuring that its healthy identity was present in every detail. It is a totally authorial work, without external interference, with total creative freedom and dedication.

Bad It is a bridge that prepares the ground for an almost complete change in the musicality of the concept illustrated and introduced in the last song of this EP. Collaboration with El Toro Fuerte acts as an introduction to the next musical chapter of the journey that traces Two boats.
Music discusses the many times in which we die and marks a clear change in the sound, setting a bridge between what has been explored so far and the new sound directions that will be present in the album of Two boats.
The difference in the climate and structure of this track compared to the previous ones is remarkable, highlighting a natural evolution and a new musical experimentation that the public can expect more intensely in the future.
The release show of the EP takes place on the day July 5thIn Tall barIn San Paolo. The night will still have the band Illinoise. Tickets will be sold by entrances.
