‘One of my favorite songs of all time,’ said Green Day singer

Armstrong published the cover in Instagramrevealing an approach with punk rock footprint and a striking guitar riff. He explained that the recording is not recent, it was done a few years ago, but was shelved. “Thank you, Brian Wilson,” he wrote.
