Then he returned to ICU because of pneumonia. Already on January 21, 2020, Osbourne revealed that it was diagnosed with Parkinson in the program Good Morning Americafrom the ABC.

Even with all these issues, the rock star tried to resume the agenda and made some occasional performances, although he could not follow in a sequence, such as the Commonwealth games of 2022, the opening game of the 2022 season in the break NFL between Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams, American Music Awards 2019among others.

The farewell to Ozzy Osbourne of the stage took place on July 5, 2025, in the Villa Parkduring the mega charity festival Back to the beginningwhich also had the last show of Black Sabbath with classical formation (Bill Ward, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler also took the stage).
