The city began last Tuesday (05) to gradually release the activation and transfer options to the public to the second edition of the Festival. The organization of the Festival reports that access to the city of music will be carried out exclusively through the Quentro app, available for Android and iOS.
To ensure a safe, practical and sustainable experience, all digital tickets must be downloaded and activated directly from the app. Stay tuned for your and -mail recorded at Ticketmaster, since all the instructions on activation, access and transfer of tickets will also be sent.
How to access your digital card:
- Log in your account on Ticketmaster.com;
- Go to “My orders” and select the desired order;
- Indicate the E -mail of your account (or another account if you want to transfer the ticket);
- Confirm the shipment.
If it is the first time using Quentro, you will receive a code and -mail to validate your identity. Subsequently, the ticket will be available on the app.
IMPORTANT: If you have already installed a Quirito, make sure you have the latest updated version.
The day of the event:
- Bring your mobile phone with the installed and updated application.
- Access the app and select the ticket for the Festival day.
- Place the QR code generated by the application facing the reader on the turn of the turnstile.
- Prints on the screen and printed tickets will not be accepted. Only tickets stored in the Quero app will be valid.
- Each ticket allows only one access. After the first use, new attempts will be rejected with the same ticket.
Ticket transfer:
If you cannot participate on the day of the event, you can transfer the tickets to another fan directly through the QCE app.
How to transfer:
- Visit the Quentro app and go to the “neighbor” card;
- Select the desired day ticket;
- Tap the “transfer” icon in the upper right corner;
- Select the tickets and enter the recipient’s and -mail;
- Confirm the shipment.
If the recipient already has an account in Quero, the ticket will automatically appear in his app. Otherwise, he will receive an E -mail with instructions to create an account and complete the process. In the meantime, the ticket will remain with the state of “pendant”.
Important know:
- The ticket can only be returned to the account account by the recipient;
- It is not possible to transfer a ticket that has already been transferred;
- It is not possible to cancel a transfer after completion;
- In case of suspended transfer (when the recipient did not create an account), the sender can cancel the shipment.
