Rock in Rio has announced the dates of its next edition, which will take place on 4, 5, 6, 7 and 11, 12 and 13 September. The news came out during the conference of the city that took place this Sunday, on the 14th.

The festival usually takes place in the Olympic park, in the west area of ​​Rio de Janeiro. The event is produced by Rock World, which manages the city, a Paulistano festival that completed its second edition in 2025.

Next year, Rock in Rio will also take advantage of the feast of September 7, a day of independence, to add one more day to the program.

The information has not yet been confirmed as the start of sales or attractions. The Carioca Festival, whose latest edition was in 2024, presented names such as Mariah Carey, Cindy Lauper, Shawn Mendes and Imagine Dragons.
