According to a representative of the Morris County Medical Examiner in the US state of New Jersey, the musician’s body has not yet been autopsied, but a toxicological examination and an external examination of the body have already been carried out.

In contact with TMZ, an American portal specializing in celebrities, the representative also stated that the exact cause of Frehley’s death will be confirmed in the coming weeks, once toxicological tests have been completed.

Frehley suffered a brain hemorrhage after falling in his office in September and was on life support. A few weeks later, when his condition was deemed irreversible, the guitarist’s family decided to turn off his life support.

Known as Spaceman, Paul Daniel “Ace” Frehley was born in 1951 and co-founded Kiss Paul Stanley (vocals and guitar), Gene Simmons (vocals and bass) e Pietro Criss (drums) in 1973. The guitarist remained with the band until 1982.

In his solo career, Frehley has released 10 studio albums, most recently 10,000 Voltssince 2024. His last visit to Brazil occurred in 2017, when he performed in Sao Paulo.
