Amy Winehouse was left out of “James Bond” after a “sad” encounter with the producer


The singer was mentioned for the soundtrack of “Quantum of Solace”, but the “distressed” state prevented the collaboration.

Barbara Broccoli, producer of part of the films James Bondrecalled the meeting with which he had Amy Winehousesinger who died in 2011, in order to make one of the songs of the feature film Quantum of consolation (2008).

“Well, that was a very distressing encounter, it wasn’t at its best [estado] and I had my heart in my hand for her. She was very fragile emotionally and, you know, you understand how she could create such touching material, because she had such a deep feeling and it was very, very tragic. What an incredible talent, what an incredible voice, what an incredible person she was. It was really very sad, ”Barbara told Entertainment Weekly.

Remembered by hits like rehabilitation And Return to black, Amy Winehouse has grown accustomed to showing signs of drunkenness and drug use on stage in the last stretch of her career.
