Before a positive diagnosis for covid-19, Ringo Starr canceled the show after having problems with his voice

Former member of Beatles, Ringo Starr had to cancel a show last Saturday, October 1, 2022 because he was having voice problems. After that, the musician tested positive for Covid-19 and had to cancel other shows on the North American tour due to the diagnosis.

“Ringo hopes to resume touring as soon as possible and recovers at home. As always, he and his All Stars send peace and love to the fans and hope to see them back on the road soon,” said the drummer’s team Fab Four on the social networks. In addition, a spokesperson for him commented to the BBC that fans will be updated with “more news or changes.”

Ringo Starr celebrates birthday by sending his songs into space

Ringo Starrcomposer and former drummer of Beatles turns 82 this Thursday, the 7th, and the musician wants to celebrate by sending the tracks “Let’s Change The World” and “Star Song” to the International Space Station in partnership with the Artemis Mission Control Center in Houston, Texas this morning. The celebration is part of the event Peace & Love started in 2008 for his birthday.

“The songs will orbit around the Earth, passing through many countries and much of the global population conveying their message of peace and love, while also traveling to distant stars.”

In addition to sending the songs, the Peace & Love featured presentations by Langhorne Slim and the blues singer Sawyer Fredericks outdoors in Los Angeles. The ex-beatle spent the day with his family and friends.
