Also according to the publication, the elderly cannot use their mobile phones because they receive many calls and messages.
Gustavo Lima was not present at the hearing “submitting, therefore, to the effects of the non-fulfillment, pursuant to article 344 of the code of civil procedure”as reproduced on that site.
