The cause of death of one of the most awarded artists of the 1980s has yet to be announced; the businessman plans to finalize the projects that were in progress
Irene Carione of the most successful singers of the 80s and winner of major awards such as the oscaror Gram and the golden globehe had his death announced on Saturday the 26th, at the age of 63.
The information was published on his official website by Judith A. Moose, president of the JM group and representative of the artist, but the cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
In 1980, he starred in the feature film fame, which featured the song of the same name as an Academy Award for Best Original Song. At the Golden Globes, she was nominated for Best Actress for her performance as well as the award-winning song.
In 1983, another first-rate song was released, part of the soundtrack to another dance classic, Flash Dance🇧🇷 The song, which mirrored the storyline story starring Jennifer Beals, again earned the Golden Globe and the Academy Award for Best Original Song, as well as the Grammy Award. At the musical ceremony, she was also awarded the best female vocal performance in pop music.
Both at the awards and in her shows, Irene Cara was known for having a powerful voice that was close to the studio versions.
On Twitter, her rep said, “We were working on amazing projects that would make her fans incredibly happy. Me and her manager will finalize them. She would like that.”

“It is with deep sadness that, on behalf of her family, I announce the passing of Irene Cara. The Academy Award-winning actress, singer, songwriter and producer passed away at her Florida home. The cause of her death is not yet known and will be disclosed when information becomes available.
Irene’s family has asked for privacy as she grieves. She was a beautiful and blessed soul whose legacy will live forever through her music and her films. Funeral details are pending and a memorial for her fans will be planned at a later date.”
