Identified as Shannon Ruththe alleged victim was a fan of the group and was 17 years old on the date of the incident, in 2001. She is currently 29 years old and started the process in Nevada, in the United States.
In response to the allegations, Nick Carter he denied everything and had his brother’s death, Aaronrecalled:
“This accusation is categorically false. nick is focusing on his family and mourning the passing of his brother,” said a spokesperson for the artist.
